		<description>I already miss that stuff. But what I liked about the Atkins approach was the way you increase the carbs until you start feeling hungry/stop losing weight. This way I will find my own balance. I miss been able to use a lot of veges but I know its only a matter of time so for now its ok. But I do hear your point.</description>

Keeping up your diet while traveling is very difficult, especially when you&#039;re removing carbs since that is what is so freely available.

As for the dairy, perhaps you should wait another week then add it for 3 days and see how you feel when you include it. That way your body will have had plenty of time to adjust to the no carbs and you can see how just adding dairy will affect you.</description>
